(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted government property tax software.– Government property tax management software solutions capable of supporting computer assisted mass appraisal (CAMA), real and personal property administration, tax billing and collections, land records integration, field appraisal, reporting, and citizen–facing services.– Understand the current market landscape of available solutions and vendors.– System integration and interoperability open architecture and API–driven integration with the County's GIS, ERP and financial systems, and payment processors.– Cloud–hosted (SaaS) or county–approved hosting with modern cybersecurity safeguards.– Operational Excellence Streamlined, modernized tax administration workflows across CAMA, billing and collections, land records, and field operations, property tax listing and acceptance of online listing forms.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
