(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive plan update services to the government authority located in Hapeville, GA.Task 1 – Evaluate existing plans:– Consultant will conduct a thorough review and assessment of the existing comprehensive plan, study, and other planning and related documents.Task 2 – Complete a market analysis:– Prepare a market or fiscal feasibility analysis that supports the comprehensive plan updaterecommendations and ensures that the recommendations of the update are realistic.Task 3 – Gather public input:– Community participation and public hearings will be central to the process.Task 4 – Update comprehensive plan:– During the study process, the Consultant shall make a reasonable effort to involve all stakeholders in the study area, including property owners, residents, business owners, and employers or employees.Task 5 – Project deliverables to include completion deadlines and costs:– Consultant shall compile the results of the planning process, technical analyses, communityengagement activities, findings, recommendations, and implementation strategies into a clear, concise, and user–friendly final comprehensive plan.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
