(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based supplemental reading, writing, mathematics instructional and assessment solution.– Provide a web–based supplemental reading, writing, and mathematics instructional and assessment program for students in grades k–8. – A research–based online supplemental instruction and assessment program for reading, writing, and mathematics that aligns with the college and career readiness standards.– The proposed blended–learning solution shall include a web–based adaptive diagnostic assessment, comprehensive reporting for grades k–8, interim growth monitoring, standards–based mastery assessment, differentiated online instruction, and downloadable lessons to support teachers in preparing instruction for students performing below grade level.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
