(1) Vendor needs to provide general maintenance, vacancy preparation, janitorial services, inventory management and asset tracking services include routine and preventive maintenance, unit turnover (vacancy preparation), emergency repairs, janitorial cleaning, and implementation of inventory and asset tracking systems to support efficient operations and compliance to the government authority located in Salisbury, NC.– General Maintenance• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC repairs• Carpentry and drywall• Appliance repair• Flooring and painting – Vacancy Preparation– Janitorial Services• Cleaning of common areas, offices, restrooms• Trash removal and sanitation• Floor care (sweep, mop, wax)• Disinfection of high–touch surfaces– Inventory Management, • Conduct initial inventory within 30 days• Track materials used per work order• Maintain digital inventory logs• Submit monthly inventory reports• Ensure proper storage and security– Asset Assessment and Tracking.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
