(1) Vendor needs to provide video displays and digital scoreboards, fixed–digit scoreboards, and content management systems to the government authority located in Anderson, MO.– Provide reliable, intuitive scoring and control workflows for athletic staff, student crews, and event operators.– Support automated sponsorship rotations, dayparted advertising, independent playlists, event messaging, and school branding, requiring minimal manual changes for routine use.– Deliver turnkey systems that account for structural, access, installation, training, and commissioning needs rather than presenting screen–only pricing.– Optional livestream, social, web, or digital–engagement integrations.– Platform supports scorekeeping, multi–sport operation, content scheduling, sponsorship automation, and day–to–day ease of use.– Integrated video display system capable of serving as the primary game presentation and scoringplatform for the main gym.– System shall display clock, score, fouls, bonus, possession, player information, team totals, game statistics, lineups, and other standard game elements.– Integrated scoring and content management platform with wireless scoring controllers and all required operating hardware.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5th, 2026.
