(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning facilitation services.• To design and facilitate a strategic planning process that results in a clear organizational direction and broad consensus among participants.  • Pre–meeting planning with organizational leadership.• Design of a highly engaging one–day strategic planning retreat.• Facilitation of the strategic planning retreat.• Summary of meeting outcomes and recommendations to support preparation of the updated strategic plan.  • leadership to understand the organization, current strategic plan, accomplishments, challenges, and opportunities.   • Design a customized strategic planning retreat agenda and coordinate with leadership to refine as needed.   • Celebrate accomplishments since the launch of the previous strategic plan• Identify emerging opportunities and challenges• Assess organizational strengths and capacity• Explore long–term vision and strategic direction• Identify strategic priorities for the next planning period   (2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
