EXTRA-77313 - USA (Lowell, Massachusetts) - Actuarial Consulting Services - Deadline November 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial consulting services to the government authority located in Lowell, MA.– Actuarial Services Providers to conduct a full actuarial valuation and provide actuarial consulting services on behalf of the System– Establishment of reasonable actuarial assumptions, – Assistance with the preparation of membership data for the evaluation, Analysis of membership data, – Determination of the funded position of the system with costs and liabilities separated by department or governmental unit, – Assessment of the need for refinements to the funding program, – Preparation as needed of reporting and disclosure information as required by the agency, for audited financial statements, governmental agencies and other interested parties, – Preparation of a written actuarial report with a recommended funding schedule in accordance with Sections 22D and 103 of MGL Chapter 32, – Discussion of the funding schedule with agency, – Preparation of a written Supplemental Report incorporating an alternative salary increase assumption, investment return assumption, and special funding schedules, and Periodic attendance at board meetings. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
