The work in general consists of: replacing asphalt concrete surfacing (digouts), placing hot mix asphalt overlay, the installation of drainage facilities, full depth recycling, and the placement of pavement striping along various roads in Yuba County. Other such items or details not mentioned above that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions, and as directed by the Engineer, shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed.
