(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services to the government authority located in Portland, ME. – Vacuum carpets at traffic areas, including stairs– Sweep or dust mop tile areas– Clean, sanitize, and polish all fixtures, including toilets, urinals, and hand basins– Wash and sanitize floors and partitions – Strip and wax, neutralize, seal coat and finish all tile floors– Clean interior doors and frames, light switches, railings (2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28,2026
