Vendor needs to provide executive AI learning pilot design, delivery and evaluation services.– Design, deliver and evaluate a short executive AI learning pilot consisting of five highly interactive executive learning sessions of 2–2.5 hours each performed within three–week period for a group of 15 senior officials• Provide a clear, technically accurate and accessible explanation of how contemporary AI systems work, how major AI categories differ, and how AI systems identify patterns, make predictions, and generate outputs.• Enable participants to use AI (in particular, ChatGPT and Claude) for executive, policy, strategic planning and analytical tasks, moving beyond one–off prompting iterative, source–grounded and repeatable workflows.• Develop participants' ability to assess AI–generated analysis, verify claims and sources, identify bias, and recognize when AI should not be used.• Expose participants to verified and credible international public–sector and social–protection cases, including successful, unsuccessful and contested applications, and assess their relevance to Armenia. • Enable participants to understand data readiness and the organizational, technical, procurement, risk–management, governance and human–oversight requirements for responsible institutional AI use.• Build participants' practical understanding of AI assistants, automated workflows and AI agents, enabling them to define bounded use cases with clear permissions, human approval points, activity logs, stop conditions and accountability.
