(1) Vendor needs to provide technical assistance services to the government authority located in Salem, OR.– Technical Assistance to support organization structure and culture in the Program design and administration office.– Support implementation of Phase 1 recommendations by supporting leadership and team in execution of recommendations. – Organize sessions to review progress, identify challenges, and make adjustments to keep the implementation on track.– Measure progress, new challenges and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.– The training will also address how to lead through paradox and uncertainty without defaulting to fear–based or armoured responses, and how to build a team culture where people feel safe, seen, heard and respected.– The leadership training will focus on strengthening leadership skills through areas such as operationalizing values, navigating challenging conversations, trust building, empathy and self–compassion.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 06, 2026.
