(1) Vendor needs to provide portable digital radiography systems to the government authority located in Conway, SC. – Provide portable digital radiography systems designed for law enforcement, EOD and security applications. – Provide two complete portable digital radiography systems, associated software, and necessary accessories to support operational deployment in hazardous environments, including explosive ordnance response. – System requirements:• Technical requirements:– Must support both wired and wireless operation– Wireless range must be a minimum of 400 meters (line of sight)– Wired connections must meet or exceed M1L–DTL_38999 standards• Software requirements: – Automatic image enhancement algorithms– Automatic image stitching (mosaic imaging)– Dual –energy capability with organic material discrimination– Image summation and averaging functions– High Dynamic Range (HDR) imaging capability– Full integration with XTK software– Compatibility with: Microsoft operating systems, Mobile device platforms.• Detector panel requirements:– Weatherproof and field–ready construction– Minimum 40–inch drop rating– Minimum load capacity of 660 lbs.• System compatibility:– Must support Golden Engineering X–ray sources, including: Remote on/off functionality Battery status monitoring(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
