Description
Construction of approximately 49 curb ramps per Pasadena City Standard S-414 and SSPWC 2021. List and map of locations is provided in the appendices. The bulk of the ramps are new installations in residential areas. The ramps will be directional style where applicable. Also, this project includes multiple sidewalk rehabilitation at various locations within the City's boundary per City of Pasadena Standard plan S-421 . The locations are listed on the attachment J. CONTRACTOR shall provide safe and adequate pedestrian access at all times, including for persons with disabilities. Vehicular movement at and around all construction sites shall be provided and maintained at all times. Approved barriers and signs (traffic flagging personnel, if necessary), shall be furnished and utilized by the CONTRACTOR to ensure safety and public access to businesses at all times.
