PERMITTING, CODE ENFORCEMENT, CONTRACTOR LICENSING SOLUTION AND IMPLEMENTATION

It is the intent of the County, through this request for proposal and the contract conditions contained herein, to establish, to the greatest possible extent, complete clarity regarding the requirements of both parties to the agreement resulting from this request for proposal. Before submitting a proposal, the Proposer shall be thoroughly familiarized with all contract conditions referred to in this document and any addenda issued before the proposal submission date. The selected Proposer’s proposal and any additional documentation (e.g., including Proposer questions and responses) provided by the Proposer during the solicitation process will be integrated into the final contract for services entered between the County and the selected Proposer. It shall be the Proposer's responsibility to ascertain that the proposal includes all addenda issued prior to the proposal submission date. The terms of the RFP and the Proposer shall determine by personal examination and by such other means as may be preferred, the conditions and requirements under which the agreement must be performed.
