(1) Vendor needs to provide regional guides initiative services. – Produce regional guides to showcase agency’s five regions as places to visit, live, learn, and build a future. – Deliver high–impact, magazine–style, regional guides that capture the quality of life, amenities, beauty, and opportunity in each of agency’s five distinct regions.– Lead all aspects of publishing, from concept to delivery, including advertising sales.– Create and produce a modern, magazine–style publication that reflects the agency and is cohesive with current marketing campaigns, including the travel guide.– Regional guides will:• Support talent attraction and retention: Provide employers, universities, and economic development partners with a compelling tool to help recruit and retain talent.• Strengthen relocation efforts: Help prospective residents understand what life in agency feels like, and that it is not just another state in the Midwest.• Support economic development: Provide a tangible resource that can be used during site selection, expansion, and recruitment conversations.• Extend the brand: Position agency as a place where individuals and families can thrive professionally, personally, and academically.• Build foundational content assets: Create evergreen content that can be repurposed across agency websites, relocation initiatives, talent attraction campaigns, economic development efforts, and partner marketing programs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
