CLEANING-13736 - USA (Enterprise, Alabama) - Janitorial Service - Deadline September 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Enterprise, AL. – Approximately 3,200 square feet.– Services are to be performed once a week excluding weekends and holidays.• Main office:– Damp wipe entrance metal and finger marks on entrance glass.– Thoroughly dust all horizontal and vertical surfaces including desktops, telephones, files, windowsills, chairs, tables, pictures, and all manner of furnishings in above named areas.– Damp wipe is needed if soil is present–1day/week– All trash receptacles to be emptied and trash removed to a collection point.• Restrooms:– Stock towels, tissue, and hand soap (to be supplied by CLIENT)– 1day/week– Empty trash receptacles and wipe if needed–1 day/week– Clean and polish mirrors–1day/week– Wipe towel cabinet covers, dispensers, 1day/week– Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and disinfected inside and out.– Polish bright work–1day/week– Toilet seats to be cleaned on both sides and disinfected– 1day/week• Break room:– Damp wipes all tables, chairs, counters, exterior of appliances and sinks withdisinfectant cleaner.– Check the walls and cabinets for splash/spill marks and remove as necessary. –1day/week• Other requirements:– Sweep/blow–off outside office walkways weekly– Clean windows/light fixtures: 2x/year– Clean all inside windows and light fixtures throughout office.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Mandatory pre–bid site visit will be held on September 10, 2026.
