CLEANING-14032 - USA (Dayton, Ohio) - Power Washing Services - Deadline October 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide power washing services to the government authority located in Dayton, OH. – Provide heavy–duty industrial power washing, sweeping and bus lane scrubbing services at five agency transit hubs. – Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning chemicals, water, travel, transportation, recovery equipment, and other materials necessary to complete the work safely and satisfactorily.• Site preparation:– Inspect the assigned work area.– Identify heavy oil, diesel, grease, or other heavily contaminated areas.– Remove loose trash and debris.• Pretreatment:– Heavy oil or diesel–contaminated areas shall be treated with an appropriate cleaning/degreasing product when necessary.• Power washing/scrubbing: Use appropriate heated, high–pressure and/or mechanical scrubbing equipment to clean:– Main platform areas– Bus lanes– Sidewalks identified within the scope– Areas containing oil, diesel, grease, dirt, stains, and other accumulated contaminants• Heavy oil/stain removal: – Additional chemical pretreatment– Mechanical scrubbing– Additional passes with pressure washing equipment– Additional cleaning time• Water recovery: Recover wastewater generated by the cleaning operation.• Final cleanup:– Remove remaining debris– Remove equipment and materials– Leave the work area clean– Remove temporary safety devices and materials when appropriate(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 8, 2026.
