(1) Vendor needs to provide paper–based documents to digital electronic file conversion services at scanning resolution of 300 to 600 DPI in PDF/A, TIFF Group IV, or JPEG file format.– Convert paper–based records into secure, searchable, and electronically managed documents.– Providing document preparation, scanning, indexing, quality assurance, electronic file delivery, and secure destruction or return of original documents.– High–quality scanning and digitization of documents– Indexing and organizing documents for easy retrieval.– Quality assurance to ensure accuracy and completeness.– Delivery of searchable digital files in an agreed format (e.g., PDF with OCR).(2) The contract period will be for one year.
