(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce analytics platform.– Provide single, unified platform to provide endpoint visibility, workforce operational analytics, IT asset and compliance oversight, and system activity logging across its managed device environment, including its remote and hybrid workforce.– Platform should track system logging activities, manage projects, reduce expenses and ensure overall productivity of a team.– Platform should have an automated policy and rules engine to enforce security best practices to prevent insider threats, sabotage.– Platform should support both cloud and on–premises deployment models to accommodate state hosting and data–residency requirements.– Platform should provide unified reporting and dashboards spanning operational analytics, endpoint visibility, data protection, and compliance in a single interface.– Platform shall attribute time and activity to applications, systems, websites, and, where configured, to specific projects or functions, to support project and resource–planning decisions.– Platform shall detect techniques used to falsify or simulate work activity, including automated input tools, idle–time masking utilities, and similar methods intended to misrepresent activity.– Platform should provide comprehensive endpoint visibility, including health system, configuration state, and installed software inventory across state–managed devices.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
