(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape maintenance services to the government authority located in Santa Clarita, CA.– Provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, and specialized personnel (including irrigation specialists, irrigation assistants, spray techs, foremen, and supervisors) necessary to perform comprehensive landscape maintenance.– Services include, but are not limited to, mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, fertilization, brush clearance, pre–emergent herbicide application, weed control, minor tree lifting, dead plant removal, plant replacement, drainage system cleaning, and irrigation system maintenance.– Contractor shall maintain all landscape areas, natural areas, hardscape, plant material, andirrigation systems in a weed–free, trash–free, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing condition.– Provide sufficient staffing at all times to maintain the required service levels.– provide landscape, irrigation, and grounds maintenance services for all landscaped and irrigated areas, including fire protection slopes, natural areas, shrubs, trees, groundcover, and areas served by automatic or manual irrigation systems.– Turf maintenance, aeration, Verti cutting, overseeding, top dressing, and fertilization.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2026.
