EXTRA-73493 - USA (Limon, Colorado) - Boiler Chemicals and Treatment Services - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide boiler chemicals and treatment services to the government authority located in Limon, CO.– Boiler Water Treatment services include: Maintain the appropriate water chemical levels foroptimal performance of the hydronic boiler system, chiller water, and cooling tower water ofthe closed loop system.– Implement a treatment program which protects boilers and systems from water sediment, over or under oxidation, and corrosion to prevent any malfunction, heat distribution, or system issues.– Regularly scheduled testing of water chemical composition, adding or adjusting water concentration levels, inspection of boiler functions, heat pump, tubes, filters, gauges, and controls.– Consult with facility staff on operational practices, provide technical guidance and support ofchemical handling, and make recommendations for system care.– The awarded bidder will be expected to provide all necessary chemicals, materials, equipment,testing supplies, and tools to perform treatment services on site.– Monthly schedule of services: services must be prescheduled, one day per month, based onlimon correctional facility physical plant staff agreed upon date and time.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026.
