FY 2026 Pipeline One-Call Grant

PHMSA seeks to provide funding to states to reduce damage to underground pipelines. Excavation damage is a leading cause of pipeline incidents in the United States. Since 2008, PHMSA has awarded more than $23.5 million in SDP grants to more than 40 state-designated entities to assist with pipeline damage prevention enforcement, outreach, and education. Eligibility: This grant opportunity is only open to state agencies that are authorized to conduct pipeline safety inspections per a 49 U.S.C. § 60105 certification and/or a 49 U.S.C. § 60106 agreement with PHMSA.
