(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services for environmental professional to the government authority located in Colfax, WA. – Provide technical and project assistance for the preliminary identified tasks below:• Task 1: Project Management and Reporting: Project management will be conducted by agency’s staff. The selected contractor will assist with ensuring information for reporting requirements (quarterly, annual and Federal Financial Reports) are provided and that all deliverables are in accordance with regulations and guidelines.• Task 2: Community Engagement: Agency staff will lead outreach to community to ensure that community concerns are considered in cleanup planning and execution.• Task 3: Cleanup Planning & Programmatic Requirements: The selected consultant will perform the cleanup planning and all related programmatic requirements.• Task 4: Site Cleanup Performance and Completion: The qualified consultant will provide oversite to ensure cleanup meets city, state, federal regulations and that Site advances toward regulatory closure.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
