Hart Avenue Drainage and Water Main Improvements

This Contract is for the construction of the Hart Avenue Drainage and Water Main Improvements. This project is located just west of US-1 between W Pine Bluff St and W Connecticut Ave., Edgewater Florida. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of the facilities consisting of, but not limited to, the following: Drainage improvements consisting of: installation of approximately 3,300 LF new storm pipe, 34 concrete storm structures, associated utility adjustments, re-grading existing stormwater conveyances and creation of new swales. Also including demolition of an existing flood-prone house and converting the property into a stormwater pond. Storm piping consists of approximately 1,300LF of 12" to 24" diameter piping and approximately 2,000LF of 36" to 48" diameter piping. Water Main improvements consisting of: approximately 3,600LF of 6” C-900 PVC water main, 1,600LF of 2” polytube, directional drill 1,350LF of 6” Fusible PVC C-900 DR, 8 fire hydrants and adjusting utilities accordingly. Gate Valves, Tapping Sleeves, and Insertion Valves will also be installed per plans and specs.
