(1) Vendor needs to provide professional environmental services to the government authority located in Oroville, CA. – Provide environmental regulatory compliance and related professional services for the Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Project.– Federally funded transportation improvement project focused on enhancing pedestrian and bicycle safety, accessibility, and connectivity within the middle school sphere of influence and surrounding community.– The project is intended to address existing gaps in pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure, improve access to middle school, and promote safe, non–motorized transportation options for students, parents, school staff, and local residents.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 12, 2026.
