(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation study and analysis service to the government authority located in Fountain Valley, CA. – Provide comprehensive compensation study and analysis for all positions in the city's employee groups and to provide recommendations to address any anomalies within current pay structures (for example, compaction issues within job families).– Provide salaries commensurate with assigned duties.– Provide benefits commensurate with comparable government agencies.– Provide justifiable pay differentials between individual classes.– Clearly outline compensation growth.– Review and provide cost–effective recommendations, including rationale, to align the city's compensation structure for all positions in consideration of the city's current pay practices and policies, internal pay relationships, and the external labor market.– Prepare and submit to the city manager a compensation survey final report that analyzes salary and total compensation labor market data for all job classifications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
