Vendor needs to provide community engagement program manager service to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI. – Year 1 Community engagement activities helped build relationships, identify local needs, and support participation in professional development and community–building opportunities.– Year 2 will build on those efforts with a focused agency–based approach that emphasizes continuous, small–scale engagement rather than large conference–style activities.– Be based in state and have an established physical presence, working relationship, demonstrated partnership capacity.– Demonstrate experience planning, coordinating, and supporting community–based meetings, trainings, listening sessions, pop–up outreach activities, convenings, or professional development activities– Demonstrate knowledge of maternal and child health priorities, family–serving systems, and community–based resources relevant to families.– Provide one letter of support from a governmental agency, community organization, or collaborative partner that reflects experience coordinating community–based activities.• Project Start–Up and Year 2 Implementation Planning• Community Partner Coordination• Monthly or Recurring Small–Scale Engagement Activities• Outreach and Participant Support• Resource Connection and Follow–Up• Evaluation and Feedback Collection• Reporting and Closeout
