(1) Vendor needs to provide professional janitorial cleaning services to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA.• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, urinals, showers, and fixtures• Clean mirrors, dispensers, benches, walls, partitions, doors, and curtains• Clean and polish stainless steel fixtures, handles, and chrome surfaces to remove water spots and fingerprints.• Sweep and mop floors• Empty trash and sanitary bins – Daily / As Needed• Replace liners – Daily / As Needed• Transport waste to designated areas – Daily• Sweep and mop floors• Clean refrigerator/freezer interior and remove expired items• Spot clean walls and backsplashes(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on Oct 1, 2026
