Description
Seeking to establish a contract for Drug & Alcohol Testing Services upon request for employees of MSDH. Services will be provided on a statewide basis to any MSDH employee's home or reporting base location within a forty-five (45) mile radius. Vendor will provide all required collection site materials and equipment, Certified Professional Collectors (CPC) and Certified Breath Alcohol Technicians, complete chain of custody procedures and transportation for all drug testing specimens, complete Medical Review Officer services including any required follow-ups, and secure notification of testing results.
