Investigation and Mediation Services

It is the intent of these specifications, terms and conditions to describe workforce investigator and mediation panel services to supplement exiting staff in the City’s Human Resources Department. Specifically, the City is seeking to establish 1) on-call investigators, and 2) on-call mediation services. Prospects may bid for one or both of the services as specified under this Request for Proposal (RFP). The City intends to award a five-year contract with one (1) or more vendors with the option to renew for two (2) one-year extension terms by mutual agreement to the bidders selected as the most responsible bidders whose response conforms to the RFP and meets the City’s requirements. The performance of the vendors will be evaluated prior to the end of each one-year term.
