(1) Vendor needs to provide audio distribution system for human space flight to the government authority located in Houston, TX. • The system must support audio architecture growth to accommodate an increasing number of 2–way audio endpoints to a minimum of 64.• Assess the audio system for commercial feasibility of development and certification.• The audio system components must be capable of providing continuous operation for 30–day missions at a rate of 1 mission per year for 10 years• The system must support conferencing of up to 8 endpoints simultaneously using ITU G.729 (Annex A) codecs and up to 32 endpoints simultaneously using ITU G.711• The system must be capable of recording audio for multiple audio sources/mixes. Required record capacity will be determined later.• Fixed and/or portable panel switches and indicators and/or GUI displays for configuration, control and monitoring of audio system conferences, modes and status must be provided.
