(1) Vendor needs to provide wayfinding signage system.– Provide a complete, coordinated, and installed wayfinding and emergency signage system. – The work includes project management, field verification, graphic coordination, shop drawings, samples, fabrication, packing, delivery, installation, correction of deficiencies, and closeout. • Survey sign location and verify substrate, dimensions, orientation, visibility, potential obstructions, and installation access. • Develop coordinated artwork and shop drawings for every sign ID. • Submit physical color/material samples and production–quality SF02 and SR02 mock–ups. • Fabricate all specified signs, interchangeable message components, spare inserts, and mounting hardware. • Install signs level, plumb, securely anchored, consistently aligned, and at approved locations. • Repair disturbed finishes and remove all waste, packaging, temporary protection, and unused materials. • Graphic content shall use the OBO cropped seal, directional symbols, Calibre Regular, Calibre Medium where shown, and tracking values shown on the SF02 graphic layouts. • Exterior SF02 signs shall use materials, coatings, printing, adhesives, and fixings suitable for their environmental exposure.
