STAFF-16863 - USA (Odessa, Texas) - Temporary Personnel Staffing Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary personnel staffing services to the government authority located in Odessa, TX.– Primarily requesting four types of temporary staffing positions; general labourer, semi–skilled labourer, general office staff and coliseum concessions.– Personnel must have reliable transportation.– Personnel will be required to work at various locations, or as directed by management.– Maintain a full service with business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday as a minimum.– Maintain a pool of labourers capable of filling agency requirements in a 24 – 48–hour timeframe up to a maximum of 5 business days and to meet the county's needs on a recurring basis.– Be responsible for labourer screening, testing, evaluations, advertising, recruitment, background screening, and disciplinary actions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
