Watershed Support Services (Stormwater Management Consulting Services)

This project seeks a qualified consultant to provide comprehensive support for stormwater management and regulatory compliance. The consultant will assist the City in ensuring compliance with various environmental regulations, including the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) requirements, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), and the Measure W Safe, Clean Water Program. Services include coordinating inspection programs for industrial and commercial facilities, conducting field data collection, preparing required reports, and offering technical assistance on watershed management strategies. The consultant will also engage with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and participate in meetings to provide expert guidance on stormwater program implementation and funding opportunities.
