Vendor needs to provide maritime domain awareness services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.– multi–source maritime fusion and maritime trade analytic resource that is web–based, non–classified, non–PKI commercial maritime information to provide near–real time, relevant and reliable data and information pertaining to the commercial maritime industry and provided by the commercial industry. – This support shall include, at a minimum, comprehensive geo–visual based user interface to access maritime industry data; support user–defined analysis of vessel activities and associated maritime businesses; and provide predictive risk analysis based on observed activities
