ITES-11183 - USA (Tarrant, Texas) - Regional System Manager Support Services - Deadline November 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide regional system manager support services to the government authority located in Tarrant, TX.• These projects are intended to interact with and supplement the transportation systems management and operations provided by the local transportation agencies in the agency.• Program Management– The System Manager will provide policy, portfolio, programmatic and project management support to the agency. – Activities to be performed by the System Manager include:– Review of a Program structure, Policy and Governance approach, and a ProjectManagement Plan (PMP) for Phase 1 of the Program– Project Schedules (updated monthly) with milestones and critical path items.– Monthly Progress Reports– Participation in monthly coordination teleconferences and identifying priorities in the work plan for the subsequent month• The system manager will review any documents developed for regional and local implementation to provide technical expertise• These could include, but not limited to, system architecture, system design, concept of operations, functional requirements and implementation plans.• The Systems Manager shall maintain confidentiality concerning all aspectsof the procurement process.• System Engineering Support Services– At the discretion of the agency this task may include reviewing, testing and comments on software applications, application development services, or custom interfaces to support the integration and sharing of data from different new and existingusers and disparate systems.• The System Manager will provide oversight of training provided for the different program systems and components(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
