(1) Vendor needs to provide develop and implement energy savings plan service to the government authority located in Somerset, NJ. • Provide develop and oversee the implementation of an Energy Savings Plan (ESP) through the Energy Savings Improvement Program (ESIP).• Financing:– Incur no initial capital cost.– Obtain financing for the project through a refunding bond or a lease purchase agreement over an extended contract term.• Savings:– Achieve significant long–term savings that are measured and verified.– If selected, obtain an annual savings guarantee, which will be equal to or greater than the total annual project costs.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 03, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.
