BANKING-9247 - USA (Papillion, Nebraska) - 457(b) and 401(a) Retirement Recordkeeping Service - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide457(b) and 401(a) retirement recordkeeping service to the government authority located in Papillion, NE.– The project will include:• Recordkeeping for agency 401a and 457b• Transitioning county participants t o a single recordkeeper• Acting as a resource for agency Human Resources Office• Task 1: Recordkeeping– Consultant will be responsible for acting as the agency recordkeeper for the 401a and the 457b.Scope:• Provide recording platform• Attend project meetings or conference calls as scheduled per the agreed upon milestones.Deliverables:• Recordkeeping platform• Transition plan for moving all county employees onto vendor’s recordkeeping platform• Task 2: Stakeholder Communication Strategy– The Consultant will proactively communicate with stakeholders based upon the Consultant’s deep understanding of the county’s needs. – The Consultant will be responsive to escalated issues and utilize its resources and networks to deliver superb problem–solving skills. – The consultant will facilitate the movement of all agency participants to the consultant’s platform.Scope:• Consultant will prepare materials, attend, and present at the agreed meetings based on requests throughout the year.• Consultant will assist with transition of the County to the consultant’s platform.• Deliverables:– Assist with the transition to recordkeeping platform– Timely response to escalated issues– Regular touchpoints throughout the transition process– Available to assist with enrollment sessions(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
