(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial document destruction services to the government authority located in Martinez, CA. – document destruction vendors to provide on–call, as–needed commercial document shredding services– Services shall consist of secure on–call document purge destruction via mobile on–site shredding truck and secure off–site plant destruction.– Document destruction operations must adhere to a strict chain of custody, meet DIN P–3 level paper destruction standards and include immediate issuance of a certificate of destruction upon completion.– Destruction preference: mobile on–site shredding truck or secure off–site plant destruction as specified in each request for service.– Providing high–security document destruction for public agencies or comparable multi–site commercial operations(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 05, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
