(1) Vendor needs to provide risk management consulting services to the government authority located in FL.– Review and update of insurance requirements:– Conduct a comprehensive review of existing airport system insurance requirements across:– Airline use and lease agreements.– Tenant and concessionaire leases.– Ground handling and fuelling agreements.– Benchmark insurance requirements against industry best practices, guidance, comparable airport standards, and current market conditions.– Recommend revised insurance requirements, including:– Types of coverage, including but not limited to: airport liability, hangar keepers, pollution liability, auto liability, workers’ compensation, property, cyberb or privacy, builder’s risk, drone insurance, excess or umbrella liability, professional liability or errors and omissions, owner’s protective professional indemnity, terrorism considerations, and non–owned aircraft liability.– Minimum limits (commercial service, general aviation, airside, landside, and specialized operational environments).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
