(1) Vendor needs to provide community center renovation services to the government authority located in Oswego, NY.• General construction and interior fit–out – partitions, doors and frames, gypsum board, hard ceilings, flooring, painting and wall finishes, specialties, new windows and architectural casework.• New roof. New siding and stone veneer.• Code and accessibility upgrades – accessible restrooms, accessible route and door hardware compliance, means of egress corrections, and fire–resistancerated assembly restoration.• Warming kitchen build–out – casework, stainless steel countertops, and installation of Owner–selected food service equipment.• Plumbing and gas fitting.• Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning.• Electric wiring, illuminating fixtures, power distribution, and fire alarm.(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on October 08, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
