(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Greenville, TX.– These supplemental services include scheduled window cleaning, restroom/locker room deep cleaning, shower and fixture detail cleaning, and routine maintenance of white tile and grout to prevent staining, discoloration, mildew, and black buildup.– Recreation facility that includes courts, turf areas, fitness areas, aquatics support spaces, restrooms, locker rooms, showers, lobby/common areas, child watch areas, concessions/public seating, offices, meeting rooms, storage areas, hallways, and related public and staff spaces.– Remove litter, trash, and debris from assigned interior areas and immediate entrance areas. – Empty public trash receptacles and legally dispose of all debris generated through custodial activities. – Replace liners in trash receptacles as needed. – Clean and disinfect high–touch surfaces, including door handles, push plates, counters, handrails, drinking fountains, bottle fillers, tables, benches, and other frequently touched surfaces. – Sweep, vacuum, mop, and spot clean floors using products and methods appropriate for each surface. – Clean interior glass, doors, mirrors, and service counters as needed to remove fingerprints, smudges, and visible soil. – No debris, trash, or custodial waste may remain on site overnight except in designated City–approved containers. – Clean mirrors, fixtures, brightwork, dispensers, and restroom accessories. – Sweep and wet mop floors using appropriate disinfectant and wet–floor safety procedures. – Clean bleachers, benches, railings, tables, counters, and public seating areas as assigned. – Spot mop spills immediately when identified and place wet floor signs as required. – Empty trash and recycling in assigned office and staff areas. – Dust horizontal surfaces, clean doors and high–touch points, and vacuum or mop floors as appropriate.
