(1) Vendor needs to provide industry driven skills training service to the government authority located in Connecticut. – Provide implement a statewide, employer–driven training initiative focused on the high–growth, high–demand occupations in the seventeen Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC).– Provide healthcare–related labor market intelligence specifically related to high growth, high demand occupations.– Includes providing information related to skills needed and certifications required in occupations such as, dental assistant, certified dental assistant, expanded practice dental assistants, and medical assistants, based on workforce needs.– Introduce to the seventeen FQHC employers to engage 130 employees in training.– Deliver training to 130 participating FQHC’s incumbent workers that results in credentials and retention of at least six months.– Assist in the development of communication strategies, resources and materials that promote FQHC career pathways in high–demand, high–growth opportunities.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
