INSU-6184 - USA (Baltimore, Maryland) - Workers Compensation Insurance Broker Service - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation insurance broker service to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD. – Assist in determining the most cost–effective methods for meeting agency’s worker’s compensation insurance needs.– Conduct a complete market study to compare competitive insurance rates.– Provide lost run reports and market trend reports quarterly to agency.– Meet with agency representatives on a quarterly basis to discuss loss control issues, exposure changes and general administrative matters pertaining to the insurance program.– Provide agency an annual report including a schedule of policies in force, coverage provisions, premiums and insurance claims for the prior policy period and make recommendations for possible adjustments to insurance coverage for the following year.– Assess insurance company’s stability, solvency and service competency.– Provide training opportunities for safety and risk assessments to designated agency staff and assume the cost for agency’s participation at such events. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.
