(1) Vendor needs to provide power suite analytics tool. – Provide ensure the ongoing sustainment, optimization, and maturation of its Microsoft Power Suite–based analytical tools.– Operations and maintenance support for critical systems, including the Automated Reminder and Communication System (ARCS), the Interagency Agreement (IAA) Tracker, and the Office of Budget and Program Performance (OBPP) S2 report error detection mechanism.– Responsible for maintaining system reliability, facilitating iterative updates, managing system operations.– Providing end–user training to support financial and program performance reporting.(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
