Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual support and maintenance services to the government authority located in Santa Clara, CA. – Audio visual (AV) equipment maintenance, installation, repair, troubleshooting, programming, integration, and support service.– These systems may include displays, projectors, microphones, speaker amplifiers, control panels, cameras, cabling, wireless systems, conferencing equipment, and other devices from multiple manufacturers and of varying ages.– Visual inspection of equipment condition, mounting, ventilation, cable management, and cleanliness.– Maintain an inventory of network–connected AV endpoints and their management interfaces.– Testing of microphones, speakers, cameras, displays, inputs, and conferencing devices.– Functional testing of installed AV systems and room components.– Coordinate with IT for network–connected AV devices.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–proposal conference will be held on August 12, 2026.
