(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY. • Areas to be completed daily:– Entrance, exits, vestibules, and parking area– Garbage/dumpster– Floors and walls– Bathrooms– Drinking fountains and kitchen sinks• Areas to be completed once per week:– Floors and walls• Areas to be completed quarterly:– Clean all hallway and visitation room carpets (extraction method).– Clean inside and outside of waste baskets.– Damp clean ceiling vents.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
