(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Boynton Beach, FL.– Definitions and Operational HoursThe following definitions and operational parameters apply to all services under this contract:– Daily: Performed five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, excluding observed holidays listed in this section, when service need not be performed. Unless otherwise noted, all weekday custodial work shall occur between 6:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Saturday daytime janitorial may be substituted for Friday evening shifts only with prior written approval from the Head of Facilities, provided the building schedule allows.– Weekly: Indicates service completed once per calendar week.– Monthly: Service completed once per calendar month. All monthly tasks must be performed during the same designated week of each month.1. Restroomsa. Daily• Consumables: Fill, clean, and sanitize all soap and towel dispensers.• Waste Management: Empty, clean, and disinfect all waste receptacles; install new liners daily.• Surface Disinfection: Clean and disinfect all washbasins, counters, piping, and fixtures.• Brightwork: Clean and polish all mirrors, chrome, and stainless steel surfaces to a streak–free shine.b. Weekly• Deep Descaling: Clean urinals and toilets with an approved liquid toilet bowl cleaner to remove and prevent mineral scale build–up.– Showers and Locker Roomsa. Daily• Consumables: Fill, clean, and sanitize all product dispensers.• Shower Disinfection: Scrub and disinfect all shower areas and fixtures using an antifungal cleanser. All surfaces must remain free of soap scum, body oils, mineral deposits, mold, mildew, stains, and odors.• Floor Care: Sweep and damp–mop floors with disinfectant.• Locker Maintenance: Dust and spot–clean exterior surfaces of lockers and changing benches.– Entries, Lobbies, Hallways, Corridors, Common Areas, and Stairwellsa. Daily• Floor Care: Vacuum high–traffic carpeted areas. Dust–mop and damp–mop all hard–surface floors.• Waste & Recycling: Empty and clean all wastebaskets, paper/glass/plastic recycling bins, and trash barrels (includes exterior entrances and outdoor patios). Replace all liners.• Odor Control: Ensure all wastebaskets and trashcans are clean, stain–free, and free of odors.(2) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
