(1) Vendor needs to provide family first program intermediaries services to the government authority located in Colorado.• Identify trauma–informed training for providers based on the approved list of training resources to align with family first requirements.• Monitor adherence for training requirements.• Program has a tracking mechanism to ensure that providers have met program qualifications at initial roll out.• Program Intermediary will provide assurance that all providers have met training requirements (program–specific and trauma informed training) at initial roll out and on an annual basis.• Program has a process in place for aligning fidelity data to statewide dashboard adherence framework.• Program is successfully onboarded to the statewide dashboard and submitting data.• Program submits fidelity data on a quarterly basis to the statewide dashboard.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
