(1) Vendor needs to provide wide–field optical data fusion modernization solution.– Develop a system that uses automated camera calibration and AI–enabled object detection to fuse optical video with traditional radar and telemetry data.– AI–driven software platform that can auto–calibrate fixed cameras and calculate highly accurate azimuth and elevation angles in real–time, securely feeding this data into existing range systems to generate a precise, low–latency data feed.– AI–enabled detection and identification of objects of interest in video frames, calculation of calibrated azimuth and elevation angles from each camera to the object; and a real–time data feed of this angular data into existing data fusion engines.– Solution must be architected to operate at controlled unclassified information and higher levels, comply with army cybersecurity standards, and run on government–furnished equipment.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than 10 August, 2026.
